It was discussed in Rio Summit on the Environment held in 1992 and was published in 1996.<\/p>\r\n<p><b>Environmental Management System (EMS) Standard<\/b> is a comprehensive framework which keeps an eye on environmental impacts caused by an organization's products or services, whether the impact is immediate, short term or long term.<\/p>\r\n\r\n<p>ISO 14001:2015 and its supporting standards such as ISO 14006:2011 focus on environmental systems to achieve this.
